Michael Clarke

Managing Director and
Chief Executive Officer

With over 20 years’ leadership experience in international business, Mike has an outstanding track record at some of the world’s iconic consumer goods companies. He has held senior executive roles at Kraft Foods, where he was President of the Company’s European business and sat on the global operating board, The Coca-Cola Company and Reebok International. Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer of the UK publicly listed company Premier Foods Plc, where he led a significant turnaround of the business. In addition to his role with Treasury Wine Estates, Mike is currently a Non-Executive Director of Quiksilver Inc.

Robert Foye

President and Managing Director Asia & EMEA

Robert joins TWE with extensive experience across both Asian and European geographies, having held several senior executive positions with The Coca-Cola Company over the past 22+ years. Most recently, he was Vice President, Customer & Commercial of Coca-Cola’s Asia Pacific Region. An avid wine enthusiast, he brings more than 24 years of beverages experience to TWE and has a proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable profit growth. Based in TWE’s regional office in Shanghai, Robert will lead all aspects of TWE’s business and commercial operations across the Company’s key Asian and EMEA markets.

Sandra LeDrew

President – Americas

Sandra joins us from Diageo, where she most recently served as the President of their Catalyst Business Unit and immediately prior as President of Diageo Chateau & Estates’ US Wine Sales. Sandra is a seasoned veteran in the wine industry with over 20 years of experience. She has a solid reputation for leading teams and driving outstanding results and rounds out the strong leadership we have in our Americas region.

Angus McPherson

Managing Director - Australia & New Zealand

Angus leads the Sales & Marketing functions across Australia and New Zealand. He has many years of international experience in the global wine industry and has held senior leadership roles at Casella Wines and Brown Forman. After joining TWE as Managing Director of the Rosemount Brand Business Unit, Angus focussed on setting and driving the strategic direction of the BBU with a clear focus on profitable growth and the development of the Rosemount, New Zealand and Victorian brands portfolios.  During this time he transformed our New Zealand branded portfolio from a 700,000 case business to a 2million case business, and the Victorian portfolio also achieved double digit growth within two years.

Megan Collins

Chief Human Resources Officer

Megan joined TWE in January 2013 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Megan held various HR Leadership roles within the Financial Services and Banking sector, most recently as the General Manager People & Culture at Business Bank at the NAB. Prior to this Megan spent 15 years with General Electric in both the United States and Australia, most recently as the Vice President Human Resources at GE Capital Australia & New Zealand where she led the HR team through significant periods of organisational growth and change.

Paul Conroy

Chief Legal Counsel

Prior to joining Treasury Wine Estates’ senior management team, Paul was Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary of Foster’s Group Limited. He has practised as a solicitor for law firms in Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom. He has previously acted in senior management roles for Southcorp Limited in Australia and the United States.

Simon Marton

Chief Marketing Officer

Simon has more than 18 years’ experience in the global drinks industry, where he has held a variety of senior roles with a focus on international brand-building and strategic marketing. Immediately prior to his appointment as TWE’s Chief Marketing Officer, Simon held the post of Managing Director for TWE’s Penfolds and Wolf Blass Brand Business Units. Since joining Fosters Group in 1997, Simon has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. He was previously Marketing Director ANZ, responsible for all portfolio, brand and category marketing strategy and execution, at TWE. He also held the position of General Manager Wine ANZ, Fosters Group, Global Brand Director – Wolf Blass & Rosemount and numerous other senior marketing roles.

Bob Spooner

Chief Supply Officer

Bob joins TWE with extensive experience in leading and optimising complex supply chains across a diverse range of industries, and a proven track record of building efficient and commercially focused teams. Bob started his supply chain career with Sara Lee’s Household and Personal Care business in the United Kingdom before moving to ICI paints as their European Supply Chain Director, where he also held the position of Managing Director of the UK and Ireland Paints business. Bob worked as Group Supply Chain Director for Premier Foods Plc, and was most recently the CEO of Hovis Ltd.

Tony Reeves

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to this appointment, Tony held senior executive positions at a range of Australian and international companies. As CFO at Foster’s Group Ltd he oversaw TWE’s successful demerger and establishment as a standalone business. He has also held CFO posts at Arrium (One Steel) Ltd and Orica Global Explosives, based in Denver USA. Tony brings to TWE more than twenty years of experience in senior finance, IT, marketing and strategy roles, and has also held the position of President of the G100, Australia’s peak body for CFOs. He is passionate about wine, and the wine industry, and has a proven track record of delivering financial improvement and shareholder value.
