Successful applicants rotate through sales, marketing, corporate, planning and production, working with all types of people, including customers and colleagues with different professional backgrounds. You will build your core skills whilst also working with leaders and managers to kick-start your career.

Our Graduate Program offers a comprehensive, two year training and development platform that will allow you to develop an understanding of the organisation from a variety of perspectives. Through structured classroom training as well as hands-on experience, the program aims to provide you with the skills to undertake a key position within TWE.

Of course what is truly important to us is finding ambitious, driven, energetic, bright and attentive people who display outstanding future leadership potential. With one foot in the vineyard and one foot in the boardroom, you’ll embark on an exciting journey as a TWE Vintrepreneur!
