Graduate recruitment process
At TWE, we welcome new blood, enthusiasm and fresh insight; we look forward to what you could bring and sharing with you what we know.
Our Graduate recruitment process is focused on looking for great people who are passionate about their careers.
First impressions count! You will be required to answer a number of screening questions – this is a great opportunity for you to provide us with information about yourself and to tell us why you are right for TWE.
This is an important part of the process that will take place if you are shortlisted after the online application process. Focusing on your behaviour and outcomes in different situations, you will be asked about your motivations for joining TWE, past work experiences and extracurricular activities.
Ensure you are well rested and relaxed. If you make it through our eligibility criteria you will be required to sit our online psychometric assessment. These tests will consist of personality profiling, numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning. You will receive an email outlining the details of the testing.
Group assessment centre and final interview
Following a successful phone interview you will be invited to attend our assessment centre. There will be group and individual activities for you to complete as well your final interview. There will be an opportunity for you to meet some of our TWE leaders who will share their insights about the TWE culture, values and working here.
Before you are offered a position we’ll complete reference checks. If all goes well you will be welcomed to our offices to meet your fellow graduates and the TWE team, followed by a formal written offer.
