With over 20 years’ leadership experience in international business, Mike has an outstanding track record at some of the world’s iconic consumer goods companies. He has held senior executive roles at Kraft Foods, where he was President of the Company’s European business and sat on the global operating board, The Coca-Cola Company and Reebok International. Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer of the UK publicly listed company Premier Foods plc, where he led a significant turnaround of the business.
Tim joined Treasury Wines Estates in March 2011, where he led logistics across the business, with overall accountability for the service, quality and cost of distributing 30m+ cases of wine. In February 2014 Tim moved to the US to take the role of Senior Vice President, Supply Americas region. In this role, he led the team responsible for all supply chain functions across the Americas, sitting on both the Global Supply Leadership Team and the Americas Leadership Team. In February 2016 Tim took on the role of Director, Global Supply, and in May 2017, also added oversight of TWE’s Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa regions to his responsibilities. In July 2018 he was appointed to the role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer, where he provides operational oversight across all of TWE’s regions, and in January 2019 was appointed as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining TWE, Tim worked at National Foods across multiple business functions (GM logistics & planning, GGM Juice & Drinks Category, Director Juice & Beverages Marketing) as well as at CUB in a variety of supply chain roles, from production to logistics.
Matt was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2018, after several years in various senior finance roles across TWE, including leading the global financial control team, and his most recent position as Deputy CFO. Prior to joining TWE, Matt was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia, providing commercial support to complex, global organisations in the FMCG and Retail industries. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, he is also a member of the Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Angus leads the TWE business across Australia & New Zealand, Europe and SEMEA. His ambition is to drive these teams to be a consumer and customer centric organisation, extracting full value from TWE’s portfolio of brands, whilst providing solutions to exceed our customer’s growth objectives. Angus has many years of international experience in the global wine industry, working across the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Prior to joining TWE, Angus held senior leadership roles at Casella Family Brands and Brown Forman. He has a proven track record of building brand equity, and driving and delivering long term sustainable volume growth.
Michelle was appointed Chief Marketing Officer on 1 March 2018, after more than 10 years in various senior marketing and strategy roles across TWE and Foster’s Group. Michelle has led marketing across every geography of the TWE business, including the Asia and Americas regions. She brings a wealth of international strategic and brand building experience, along with strong leadership capability. Michelle has more than 20 years’ experience in marketing for consumer goods, retail and professional services, working for blue chip organisations including Marks & Spencer, Accenture and Ernst & Young.
Angus leads the marketing strategy and implementation for our portfolio of treasured brands across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Middle East and Europe. He is responsible for the development and implementation of multi-faceted consumer marketing programs for some of the biggest names in wine including Penfolds, Wolf Blass, Squealing Pig, Seppelt and 19 Crimes.
Angus has vast experience across the global wine industry having held previous senior marketing roles with Hardy’s in Australia and Constellation Brands across the US, UK and Europe. He has a proven track record for developing effective brand strategies and leading strong teams, and challenges the status quo in the ever-changing marketing landscape.
Linnsey joined Treasury Wine Estates as Chief Legal Officer and Group General Counsel in September 2016, bringing more than 17 years’ global legal executive and commercial experience, and in 2018 her role expanded to Chief People and Legal Officer. Prior to TWE, Linnsey held the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Quiksilver, a global brand-focused apparel and footwear company. She has extensive experience across all aspects of legal and governance with listed companies, including legal, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and commercial negotiations. Linnsey started her legal career in private practice specialising in corporate transactional and securities matters. Linnsey has a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Boston College, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
Katie was appointed General Manager People & Capability in September 2018, and is responsible for leading Treasury Wine Estates’ People strategy, building a high performing organisation and an inclusive, collaborative culture. With more than 20 years’ experience in human resources management across multiple geographies and functions, Katie is a leader in organisational transformation, and is passionate about coaching and change capability as enablers of individual and business performance. Before joining TWE in 2017 as Senior Director Human Resources and Global Talent and Capability Lead, Katie was a founding member in a private equity startup business and prior to that held several HR leadership roles at Mondelēz International.
Michael Brooks joined Treasury Wine Estates as Director Global Supply Chain in February 2019. He has held numerous senior engineering, production and logistics roles across his career, including Chief Supply Officer with Foster’s Group Limited and Group General Manager – Logistics with Exego Group where he oversaw all elements of Exego’s complex supply chain. Michael also has experience in the retail industry, having led planning for the total reconfiguration of Target’s supply chain. Directly prior to joining Treasury Wine Estates, he worked in a non-executive director capacity with a number of businesses. Michael originally qualified as an Electrical Engineer at RMIT University and has attended the Stanford Executive Program.
Carolyn Coon joined Treasury Wine Estates in 2015 and leads external and internal communications and corporate responsibility across the global business. She is a senior, highly collaborative communications leader, with more than 20 years’ experience working across the drinks, technology and consumer goods sectors. She was previously Head of Communications at Diageo Australia and New Zealand, where she was responsible for managing communications across the region, and earlier in her career worked in consulting roles for a number of high profile global FMCG and technology companies. Carolyn’s expertise spans corporate and brand reputation management, media relations, leadership communications, issues management and brand PR.
Ash joined Treasury Wine Estates in 2013, as Global Chief Information Officer, with responsibility spanning strategic and operational information, communication and technology management across the global business. With more than 20 years’ experience in commercial and strategy roles, he has led many transformational business projects to improve the company’s processes and systems, as well as technology innovation to enhance the digital consumer experience of TWE’s wine brands. In his current role, Ash takes operational ownership for global processes, driving greater efficiencies across all functions of the company. Prior to joining Treasury Wine Estates, Ash worked in senior leadership roles at SP Ausnet, Cadbury and Kraft Foods International.
Bob joined Treasury Wine Estates in January 2015 as Chief Supply Officer, with extensive experience in leading and optimising complex supply chains across a diverse range of industries, and a proven track record of building efficient and commercially focused teams. Bob started his supply chain career with Sara Lee’s Household and Personal Care business in the United Kingdom before moving to ICI Paints as their European Supply Chain Director, where he also held the position of Managing Director of the UK and Ireland Paints business. He was also previously Group Supply Chain Director for Premier Foods plc, and Chief Executive Officer of Hovis Ltd. Bob was appointed President Americas in February 2016 and led this region through an important period of transformation, including the integration of the Diageo wine business. Bob has taken up the role of Managing Director, Global Strategic Initiatives, Systems and Processes based out of Australia.
