Justin Pipito

Justin Pipito is Treasury Wine Estates’ (TWE) Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the company’s global Finance function.

Justin joined TWE in 2016 and has held a range of senior finance leadership roles across the business, including CFO for Australia and New Zealand, CFO for Asia, CFO for Penfolds and Deputy CFO, before being appointed CFO in October 2026.

Having worked in both Melbourne and Shanghai, Justin brings extensive financial and commercial experience across TWE’s brands, markets and global operations. 

Prior to joining TWE, Justin held senior finance roles with iSelect, Fosters Group and PwC. He brings broad experience across finance, commercial leadership and business transformation.
