Katie Hodgson

Katie is Treasury Wine Estates’ Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO, having joined the business in 2017.

In her role as Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer, Katie is responsible for shaping TWE’s global people strategy and fostering a high-performing, inclusive and collaborative culture where people and results thrive. She also oversees the company’s Corporate Affairs agenda, encompassing communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement on global industry priorities. As Chief of Staff, Katie works closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to operationalise key business priorities.

With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources — including senior leadership roles at Mondelez International (previously Kraft Foods) — Katie is a recognised leader in organisational transformation and culture, passionate about creating environments where people, business and reputation grow together. Katie holds a BA/LLB (Hons) from Monash University.
