With over 20 years’ leadership experience in international business, Mike has an outstanding track record at some of the world’s iconic consumer goods companies. He has held senior executive roles at Kraft Foods, where he was President of the Company’s European business and sat on the global operating board, The Coca-Cola Company and Reebok International. Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer of the UK publicly listed company Premier Foods plc, where he led a significant turnaround of the business.
Based in Treasury Wine Estates' regional office in Shanghai, Robert oversees TWE’s major operating units across the global business in his role as Chief Operating Officer. Robert joined Treasury Wine Estates in September 2014 with extensive experience across both Asian and European geographies, having held several senior executive positions with The Coca-Cola Company over 22+ years. He was Vice President, Customer & Commercial of Coca-Cola's Asia Pacific Region. An avid wine enthusiast, he has more than 24 years of beverages experience and a proven track record of delivering strong and sustainable profit growth.
Bob was appointed President – Americas in February 2016. He joined Treasury Wine Estates in January 2015 as Chief Supply Officer, with extensive experience in leading and optimising complex supply chains across a diverse range of industries, and a proven track record of building efficient and commercially focused teams. Bob started his supply chain career with Sara Lee’s Household and Personal Care business in the United Kingdom before moving to ICI Paints as their European Supply Chain Director, where he also held the position of Managing Director of the UK and Ireland Paints business. He was also previously Group Supply Chain Director for Premier Foods plc, and Chief Executive Officer of Hovis Ltd.
Angus leads the TWE business across Australia & New Zealand, with the ambition to drive the ANZ team to a consumer and customer centric organisation, extracting full value from TWE’s portfolio of brands, whilst providing solutions to exceed our customer’s growth objectives. Angus has many years of international experience in the global wine industry, working across the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Prior to joining TWE, Angus held senior leadership roles at Casella Family Brands and Brown Forman. He has a proven track record of building brand equity, and driving and delivering long term sustainable volume growth.
Megan joined Treasury Wine Estates in January 2013 as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Megan held various HR Leadership roles within the Financial Services and Banking sector, most recently as the General Manager People & Culture at Business Bank at the NAB. Prior to this Megan spent 15 years with General Electric in both the United States and Australia, most recently as the Vice President Human Resources at GE Capital Australia & New Zealand where she led the HR team through significant periods of organisational growth and change.
Simon has more than 18 years’ experience in the global drinks industry, where he has held a variety of senior roles with a focus on international brand-building and strategic marketing. Immediately prior to his appointment as Treasury Wine Estates’ Chief Marketing Officer, Simon held the post of Managing Director for Treasury Wine Estates’ Penfolds and Wolf Blass Brand Business Units. Since joining Fosters Group in 1997, Simon has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. He was previously Marketing Director ANZ, responsible for all portfolio, brand and category marketing strategy and execution, at Treasury Wine Estates. He also held the position of General Manager Wine ANZ, Fosters Group, Global Brand Director – Wolf Blass & Rosemount and numerous other senior marketing roles.
Linnsey joined Treasury Wine Estates as Chief Legal Officer and Group General Counsel in September 2016, bringing more than 17 years’ global legal executive and commercial experience. Most recently Linnsey held the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Quiksilver, a global brand-focused apparel and footwear company. She has extensive experience across all aspects of legal and governance with listed companies, including legal, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and commercial negotiations. Linnsey started her legal career in private practice specialising in corporate transactional and securities matters. Linnsey has a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Boston College, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
Gunther was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 14 February 2017, after more than seven years in various senior finance roles with the Company, including with the previous Foster’s Group. In his time with TWE, Gunther has been CFO for every region of the business, including global marketing and supply chain. Most recently he was CFO for the Americas region. Bringing an incredible combination of technical finance capability along with excellent leadership capability, Gunther’s career spans more than two decades in the consumer goods sector, previously at Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods), Reckitt Benckiser and Proctor & Gamble.
Tim took on responsibility for TWE’s Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa regions in May 2017, in addition to his role as Director of Global Supply, which he has held since February 2016 based in Australia. Tim joined Treasury Wines Estates in March 2011, and in February 2014 moved to the US to take the role of Senior Vice President, Supply Americas region. In this role, he led the team responsible for all supply chain functions across the Americas, sitting on both the Global Supply Leadership Team and the Americas Leadership Team. Before his move to the US, Tim was Global Director of Logistics with overall accountability for the service, quality and cost of distributing 30m+ cases of wine. Prior to this, Tim worked at National Foods across multiple business functions (GM logistics & planning, GGM Juice & Drinks Category, Director Juice & Beverages Marketing) as well as at CUB in a variety of supply chain roles, from production to logistics.
Victoria Snyder assumed the role of Executive Vice-President Strategic Initiatives & General Manager Canada in May 2017. Victoria leads the development of global initiatives to drive TWE’s overall business strategy. In addition, she leads our Canadian business.
Victoria joined Treasury Wine Estates (Foster’s) in 2005 and has held multiple senior roles within the business, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and leadership in both the US and Australia. She has worked across pricing, commercial strategy, supply chain and most recently in sales as Senior Vice President of Sales North America. Prior to TWE, Victoria worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company and holds a PhD in Science and Engineering.
Peter has more than fifteen years’ experience in the wine industry in Asia. He joined TWE in 2008 and has held senior roles based in Singapore, Hong Kong and now Shanghai. In his role as Managing Director for North Asia and Global Travel Retail, Peter is responsible for leading the TWE business in a region of considerable growth and opportunity. With a strong understanding of this market, Peter excels at developing strong customer partnerships, strengthening TWE’s route to market and taking a consumer-led approach to building brands.
