How do we define flex?

We define flexible working as 'Flex How' - how you work, 'Flex When' - when you work, and 'Flex Anywhere' - where you work. This policy is underpinned by the belief that productivity can and will be achieved within work arrangements that are built on trust. We empower our managers to lead flexible working teams and emphasize performance and productivity, over presenteeism.

What is the Recruitment process?
