Inclusion, Equity and Diversity
Inclusion, Equity and Diversity
A globally inclusive team where we all belong, contribute and thrive.
We're a company made up of individuals as diverse as our wines and the people who enjoy them. Our Global Inclusion, Equity and Diversity strategy sets out three key focus areas to enable us to deliver the best experiences for our people, and our company.
Leaders who model our DNA
Our leaders demonstrate our TWE DNA every day and have access to leadership and development programs to support them in building an inclusive work environment
Engaged people, consumers and communities
Our commitment is recognised through our people who bring their whole selves to work, our brands which champion inclusion and diversity, and our purpose-aligned meaningful partnerships in our local communities.
Employer of choice
A strong employer brand with industry-leading policies and work processes that maximise inclusion, minimise bias and foster innovation
Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with our I&D strategy.
TWE for SHE
TWEforShe is TWE's gender equality program that outlines specific actions and targets to progress gender equality at all levels of the organisation, including:
- Increase in females in leadership roles to 50% by 2025
- Networking, development and wellbeing events designed specifically for females
- EmpowerMe program - a global sponsorship program for high potential female talent
TWE Pride
TWEPride's vision is to create a network of colleagues who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex or allies to foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels safe and comfortable to bring their full selves to work. It has a global council who set the strategy for the network with active members and allies in each region.
TWE Mosaic
TWE Mosaic exists to form a network for colleagues who identify as being from multicultural backgrounds and to educate everyone about cultural diversity so we further create an environment that recognises and celebrates our differences.
TWE Enable
TWE Enable’s ambition is to ensure that people with disabilities and those that care for people with disabilities are given access to equal opportunities to thrive and bring their whole selves to work at TWE.
La Raza
La Raza is an ERG within our Americas team that provides a network to celebrate the Hispanic/Latino culture and foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels comfortable to bring their whole selves to work.
The Guardians
The Guardians is an ERG in our Americas team that provides support and resources to parents and caregivers.
Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) (Americas) AAPI supports members of the AAPI community by raising cultural awareness, encouraging self-development, and providing resources to help navigate challenges and support wellbeing.
