Our Inclusion, Equity and Diversity strategy

At TWE we are committed to cultivating a globally inclusive team where we all belong, contribute and thrive.

Our Global Inclusion, Equity and Diversity strategy outlines our key areas of focus, which are: Leaders who model our DNA, Engaged employees, consumers and communities; and systems and ways of working that enable us to be an Employer of Choice. Each year we set and review measurable goals and targets under each of these pillars.

Employee Resource Groups

At TWE we believe our strength comes from our vast and varied backgrounds, ideas, cultures, ethnicities, talents, genders and voices.  Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the TWE I&D strategy.  They are a great way to connect with like-minded colleagues and drive change in the workplace on topics you may be passionate about.  Our ERGs are always evolving and growing, but here is a sample of some of them:

  • Networking, development and wellbeing events designed specifically for females
  • EmpowerMe program - a global sponsorship program for high potential female talent
