Melbourne, Australia
Located in the heart of Melbourne’s central business district, our global headquarters are based in the T&G Building at 161 Collins Street. Featuring exposed brick walls, wine barrels and timber furnishings, our recently refurbished offices have been designed to blur the lines between the vineyard and the boardroom. Our weekly ritual of Friday afternoon drinks involves winding down and sampling a variety of TWE wines and vintages in the Cellar Room. Staff perks include access to exclusive wine offers and discounts at the in-house Staff Shop.

Shanghai, China
Our North Asia regional headquarters is in the heart of contemporary and cosmopolitan Shanghai, on 150 Hubing Road in the Xintiandi district.
The Shanghai office features a café and a wine tasting room, where the team of approximately 120 employees enjoy happy hour every Friday and can purchase wine from the TWE portfolio with their quarterly cellar door vouchers. Staff perks and benefits also include a gym membership, fresh fruit to the office twice a week, and birthday celebrations at the end of each month.

Located in West London’s Twickenham, TWE’s Europe, Middle East and Africa headquarters are on the top floor of Regal House, less than two minutes’ walk from the local train station and 10 minutes from Twickenham’s famous rugby stadium.
Conveniently positioned near a variety of cafes, retailers and a gym, the open plan office offers a range of on-site staff amenities. It has a wine tasting room, where our teams experience the wines and brands we represent each day. The wine tasting room doubles as a customer meeting space and in-house bar for Friday after work drinks.

Nestled in the foothills of Adelaide and 15-minutes from the central business district, Penfolds Magill Estate is home to our South Australian Head Office and Australia’s prized Penfolds wines. Considered one of the world’s few urban single vineyards, the historic Penfolds Magill Estate has a modern edge with our open plan offices at its centre.
Sharing residency with the heritage-listed winery, bluestone cellars and the iconic Grange Cottage, our team has the ultimate Penfolds experience. Staff perks include exclusive discounts and on-site access to the Penfolds Cellar Door and award-winning restaurants.

Our Southeast Asia regional headquarters is located on 50 Scotts Road. The building is home to many creative agencies and the bustle each day keeps the atmosphere fresh. Castello di Gabbiano, Italy
TWE’s Europe, Middle East and Africa’s Italian production facilities occupies one of the most historical wine estates and wine production centres in Tuscany – Castello di Gabbiano (CdG).
Located in the heart of the Chianti region and steeped in more than 300 years of Italian wine appellation history, the site has been carefully refurbished to retain its historic charm while facilitating the operation of the most innovative viticulture and cellaring techniques.
The CdG team experience includes exclusive staff offers, discounts and access to the estate’s cellar door, the cDG estate restaurant “Il Cavaliere”, and a range of on-site amenities including accommodation for certain roles.

Barossa Valley, South Australia
Located in the Barossa, TWE’s Bilyara Winery and Packaging Centre is the company’s largest bottling operation in Australia. It operates four bottling lines, packages more than 200 million bottles every year and exports to more than 100 countries world-wide. With significant investment over the years, our site has state-of-the-art facilities and is known as best-in-class in the industry.

Chateau Cambon La Pelouse, France
Located in the Bordeaux wine region, TWE’s Europe, Middle East and Africa’s French production facilities are based at Chateau Cambon la Pelouse.
Acquired by TWE in 2019, the chateau sits on 160 acres sprawled across the Haut Medoc and Margaux appellations. The Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel classified chateau is known for its great Terroir of Grave, perfect for growing premium Cabernet Sauvignon.
The tight-knit team enjoys a friendly and supportive environment, as they wear multiple hats across cellar, vineyard and office administration.

Marlborough, New Zealand
New Zealand's Marlborough region is renowned for its winemaking industry and the northeastern tip of the South Island is home to TWE's New Zealand production site and the Matua Winery and Vineyard.
Surrounded by vineyards, the site is compact but efficient, producing wines that are dispatched around the world for our consumers. The winery crushes in excess of 18,000 tonnes of fruit per year for a range of wines, the largest being Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
In addition to the picturesque work environment, the tight-knit team on site enjoy a variety of staff benefits, including professional development opportunities, a staff wine allocation and are valued as part of a vibrant and culturally-diverse team.

Ningxia, China
Our Ningxia winery and production facility is TWE's first in China. Ningxia in a fast-developing wine region with global recognition.
The site includes 43 hectares of vineyard, a modern winery and a cellar door positioned as a destination for wine tourism in the region.
The Ningxia site supports Penfolds’ multi-country sourcing strategy and plays a key role in producing luxury wines for the China market. The vineyard grows premium varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon and Marselan, which are used in Penfolds’ China-origin blends.
