The Yield Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (The Yield) today announced a new R&D project with global technology giant, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd (YMC) partnering with global premium wine company, Treasury Wine Estates (ASX: TWE), to optimise yield prediction in wine grapes and to improve autonomous crop spraying with the use of robots.

“As custodian of some of the world’s most iconic brands and with a large agricultural footprint, we recognise the need to take a much bolder step towards sustainability leadership – not just in the global wine industry but across the beverages sector more broadly,” Ms Gray said.

Treasury Wine Estates Ltd (TWE), one of the world’s largest wine companies, listed on the Australian
Securities Exchange (ASX), announced today the company has entered a long-term distribution
agreement with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC).

The agreement will cover distribution in multiple markets, effective as early as July 1st, 2021 in
California, with other states including Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah,
Wyoming, and Nebraska. Presently, RNDC distribute Treasury’s portfolio in Michigan, Georgia and New Mexico.
