TWE talks LGBTQIA+ inclusion

Treasury Wine Estates proudly supported Australia’s leading LGBTQIA+ inclusion event: the annual Pride in Practice conference held in Melbourne recently, covering intersectionality, LGBTQ+ women, trans and gender diverse people, and First Nations LGBTQ+ people. On the sidelines of the conference, we spoke with corporate and community leaders about the importance of advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion in Australian workplaces, including:

  • Pride in Diversity Co-Patron and Business Council of Australia Chief Executive Jennifer Westacott AO
  • Treasury Wine Estates CEO Tim Ford
  • Treasury Wine Estates Chief of Staff and executive sponsor of the TWE Pride employee resource group Simone Porter-Smith
  • Capgemini Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Steph Sands

The podcast also features TWE Pride employee resource group members Leon Butler (Global Manager, Performance & Reward) and Audrey Teh (Commercial Finance Manager), and is moderated by Australian LGBTQ+ community radio broadcaster Dee Mason.
