We’re building diverse teams: Women in senior leadership increased by 0.9 ppts to 49.3%; overall female representation increased by 1.2 ppts to 46.4%.
We’re fostering engagement: Achieved an engagement score of 65% and an inclusion score of 75% in our annual survey.
We’re creating more choice: Expanded no- and low-alcohol options across key markets, supporting responsible consumption and providing greater consumer choice.
